But in my mind, it wasn't "nips", but "naps". My afternoon naps have gone from about an hour to about two hours, and I still don't have any energy when I wake up.
This never means anything good. The longer the naps, the more likely my lupus is starting to flare.
I have fairly mild lupus, a flare mostly means that I have a few aches and pains, and need lots and lots of sleep. But it does make it difficult to do the basics of life, when I'm in pain, and too tired to get out of bed.
