Fatigue

Well, all I've done today so far is eat breakfast and notice all the things I have to do.

I'm exhausted. My ankles are already killing me, and I've barely stood up.

I've likened lupus fatigue to being like an ordinary person doing a marathon without training. That's how I feel - and I haven't done anything at all. In fact, I had a good night's sleep.

There's only one thing to do. Go back to bed.  Hopefully, when I wake up again, I'll have the energy to do some of the actual work that's been building up all week.
