I'm feeling much better after being sick for a couple of weeks.
So now, it's time to get ahead on everything so that I'm ready next time I'm sick. It's a sad truth, but there will always be a next time.
My priorities at the moment are to get ahead on my preparation for Church services (so that if I'm too sick to do preparation any time, I have a couple of weeks ready to fall back on), and to get ready for Christmas (which is, I know, almost two months away.) The thing is, I never know when I'm going to get sick again. So while I'm well, I need to try to be ready.
Yesterday, I spent some time with my paper quilling stuff, making gift tags to put on my Christmas presents.
It kept me busy for some hours, without a lot of physical activity so I didn't get too tired. I've also started buying my Christmas presents.
Today, I'm working on the church service for next Sunday (this Sunday, someone else is preaching). The idea is that the further ahead I am with everything, the better off I will be.
We all have to have strategies to deal with the Bad Days, mine, when I am able to do it, is to get everything done far enough in advance that I can just have days where I do nothing, and it won't matter.
